I work with three pricing structures. We will discuss the most appropriate for your project or requirements before work begins and after receiving an initial brief. You pay for expertise, experience and output.

This depends on the nature of the service but the following is chargeable.
- Brief interrogation and development
- Meetings
- Research and development
- Execution and production
- Amends
- Management of partners
We use scope of work documents to ensure everyone understands the project expectations.
Once an estimated cost is signed off, a scope of work will be written, complete with terms and conditions. Work begins on an agreed date once the terms and conditions are signed.
Any requests outside of scoped work are chargeable.
New clients will be charged 50% of the total project cost prior to work beginning. This will be invoiced via a pro-forma invoice.
Invoices must be paid 30 days from invoice date.
If you believe you’ll struggle with meeting the payment terms please let us know in advance of work starting.
A pro-forma invoice is a preliminary invoice to request payment for services before they are supplied.
New clients will be charged 50% of the project cost up front via a pro-forma invoice.
This ensures both parties are protected.
We will send you a campaign brief for you to fill out initially. This campaign brief will form the basis of our project introductory call, during which we will elaborate on the information provided
The process is dependent on the type of service.
GRVY uses a waterfall approach for project-based work, creating a project plan with distinct phases and critical milestone dates. These will be included in your Scope of Work and managed via a cloud-based project management tool you can access.
